Playing Chess With God

Life is like playing CHESS with GOD.
After every move of yours, he makes the next move.
Your moves are called CHOICES and his moves are CONSEQUENCES.

I was a happy go lucky person just out of a premium engineering college and was selected by a multi-national organization during my final year.
Life was challenging and exciting. I was full of confidence and never ever thought about religion, God or soul.
My world revolved around friends, books, music, sports, holidays, eating, shopping, money, work and of course my career.
Suddenly my younger brother, only 18 years old, expired in a road accident and for the first time I came across untimely death, intolerable pain and extreme sorrow.
All my knowledge and understanding was useless and I felt helpless and further living and working looked useless.
All words and help from friends and relatives was of no use as I saw death as an inevitable and un-escapable event in my future life.
My parents were totally shattered and things were very gloomy and depressing.
Why our family ? Why my brother ? Why us ? Why me ? Is there a god controlling our lives? What is death ? What happens when one dies ? Is my brother still existing as a soul or has gone for forever ? These were the recurring questions I had and there were no answers.
I could not comprehend what the priest explained during the last rituals of my brother and thus the quest to know the truth started.
This quest with open mind led me to atheists, materialists, palmists, astrologers, tantriks, scholars, saints, gurus and study of astronomy, astrology, psychology & religious scriptures and simultaneous application of the instructions upon my own body-mind structure thereby gaining priceless insights.
There were many mile stones in the journey and the truth shone finally.
Let the truth be known to all is the only prayer and real work left for me now. This book is such an attempt in this direction.

Thanks & warm regards
Anil Kumar Pant

Law of Karma : Seeds of Your Software

Your Karma, memory and desires are the seed of your software and hence your experiences.
Karma is both action and the consequence of that action; it is cause and effect simultaneously, because every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like kind.

There is nothing unfamiliar about the Law of Karma.

Everyone has heard the expression, What you sow is what you reap. Obviously, if we want to create happiness in our lives, we must learn to sow the seeds of happiness.

Therefore, karma implies the action of conscious choice-making.

You and I are essentially infinite choice-makers.
In every moment of our existence, we are in that field of al possibilities where we have access to an infinity of choices.

Some of these choices are made consciously, while others are made unconsciously. But the best way to understand and maximize the use of karmic law is to become consciously aware of the choices we make in every moment.

Whether you like it or not, everything that is happening at this moment is a result of the
choices you’ve made in the past. Unfortunately, a lot of us make choices unconsciously, and therefore we don’t think they are choices and yet, they are.
---- Dr Deepak Chopra, The Law of Karma

Present Moment

The past is history, the future is a mystery and this MOMENT is a GIFT.
That's why it is called " the PRESENT."

The law of intention and desire

Accept the present and intend the future.
Intent alone is powerful because intent is desire without attachemnt to the outcome.

"Intention grounded in this detached freedom of the present, serves as THE CATALYST for the right mix of matter, energy and space-time events to create whatever it is in the desire."
--- Dr Deepak Chopra

My Desires :

  1. Let thankfulness to the creator grow tremendously in all the Human beings.
  2. Let the individual and collective egos become smaller and smaller.
  3. Let the human greed become smaller & smaller.
  4. Let the brotherhood, cooperation and peace grow between all the countries.
  5. Let the love and understanding grow between all members of the families.
  6. Let the right work grow & florish.
  7. Let the environment grow pristine clean.
  8. Let the influence of genuine workers of humanity, country and society grow everywhere tremendously.
  9. Let the clean, talented, honest, hardworking, educated and intelligent people grow to positions of decisionmaking and power.
  10. Let the natural resources be used for right purposes; properly and efficiently.
  11. Let the management systems of the government, private and charitable enterprises become simple, effective and efficient.
  12. Let the people grow and be free of their addictions.
  13. Let there be right prices for the industrial raw materials, energy, housings, food products, education, cloths, health and tourism services.
  14. Let the respect and love for all the children, women, farmers and workers grow.
  15. Let all breath in an era free of Terrorism, Crime and Corruption everywhere.
  16. Let there be peace in all the minds.
  17. Let there be creativity in all the minds.
  18. Let there be end of politics in the name of religion or caste.
  19. Let everyone discover the magic he or she has within and everywhere.
  20. Let us all grow to our original self. ........................................AMEN

What are your desires ? What is your intention behind these desires?

You can also make a list and share it with our CREATOR the same good things for all and practically taste or test the Law of intention and desire.

Laws of Life by Swami Vivekananda

What You Need to Keep in Mind :

1. Love Is The Law Of Life: All love is expansion, all selfishness is contraction. Love is therefore the only law of life. He who loves lives, he who is selfish is dying. Therefore, love for love's sake, because it is law of life, just as you breathe to live.
2. It's Your Outlook That Matters: It is our own mental attitude, which makes the world what it is for us. Our thoughts make things beautiful, our thoughts make things ugly. The whole world is in our own minds. Learn to see things in the proper light.
3. Life is Beautiful: First, believe in this world - that there is meaning behind everything. Everything in the world is good, is holy and beautiful. If you see something evil, think that you do not understand it in the right light. Throw the burden on yourselves!
4. It's The Way You Feel: Feel like Christ and you will be a Christ; feel like Buddha and you will be a Buddha. It is feeling that is the life, the strength, the vitality, without which no amount of intellectual activity can reach God.
5. Set Yourself Free: The moment I have realised God sitting in the temple of every human body, the moment I stand in reverence before every human being and see God in him - that moment I am free from bondage, everything that binds vanishes, and I am free.
6. Don't Play The Blame Game: Condemn none: if you can stretch out a helping hand, do so. If you cannot, fold your hands, bless your brothers, and let them go their own way.
7. Help Others: If money helps a man to do good to others, it is of some value; but if not, it is simply a mass of evil, and the sooner it is got rid of, the better.
8. Uphold Your Ideals: Our duty is to encourage every one in his struggle to live up to his own highest idea, and strive at the same time to make the ideal as near as possible to the Truth.
9. Listen To Your Soul: You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul.
10. Be Yourself: The greatest religion is to be true to your own nature. Have faith in yourselves!
11. Nothing Is Impossible: Never think there is anything impossible for the soul. It is the greatest heresy to think so. If there is sin, this is the only sin - to say that you are weak, or others are weak.
12. You Have The Power: All the powers in the universe are already ours. It is we who have put our hands before our eyes and cry that it is dark.
13. Learn Everyday: The goal of mankind is knowledge... now this knowledge is inherent in man. No knowledge comes from outside: it is all inside. What we say a man 'knows', should, in strict psychological language, be what he 'discovers' or 'unveils'; what man 'learns' is really what he discovers by taking the cover off his own soul, which is a mine of infinite knowledge.
14. Be Truthful: Everything can be sacrificed for truth, but truth cannot be sacrificed for anything.
15. Think Different: All differences in this world are of degree, and not of kind, because oneness is the secret of everything.
